Downloads

Much of your data in Fanplayr's Portal can be downloaded into a CSV format to be viewed later or used with some other utility. In most cases, the downloaded file is relatively small and occurs instantaneously. In other cases however, such as Conversions, downloading data can be an intensive, time-consuming process. The downloads page provides status updates for the downloads that may take some additional time.

The following download types will be listed on this page:

• Conversions

• Collected Email Addresses

• Form Responses

• Scheduled Reports

• Single Use Offer Codes

• Merchandising Product Lists

• Agency Reports

This means that any pages in the portal that allow downloading any of the above data will trigger a "Download" element to be added to the list on this page. Again, this is not an exhaustive list of all exportable data. It consists simply of data types that require more time-intensive processes to download.

From this page, you can see the status of a download and some general information about the download process. You can even re-export old data and previous downloads from here.

This page is particularly useful when a download is taking longer than expected. If the process takes longer than 15 seconds, the data will no longer be automatically downloaded to your computer. The only way to access it would be to check on the download in this list and click "Download" when it finishes. However, a vast majority of downloads, even if very large, will take less than 15 seconds. Usually, the 15 second download timeout will happen when an error has occurred somewhere in the process.
