The session details tab of the Session Viewer contains general information about the current session. Some of the details are regarding the user and the source of the user's session, and other information consists of aggregated session data.
The top of the session details page is the session summary.
Session Key: This is Fanplayr's generated unique key to identify the session.
Is Active: If "Yes", the session is still currently active and has not finished at the time of viewing the Session Viewer.
Page Views: This is the number of pages the user visited throughout the session.
Created: Start date and time of session (in account timezone)
Last Updated: This is the last time the session was updated in our system. Usually, this means the end date and time of the session.
Campaign Key: This uniquely identifies the campaign where segmentation originated for this session.
Campaign Name: The campaign name is how the current campaign is referenced elsewhere in the portal.
Site Details: This is the domain of the session. This should match with a domain that is linked to the campaign.
A/B Group: This provides some information regarding the A/B status of the user.
"Not Targeted": A/B Testing is not enabled or the user is currently not being included in AB Testing for some reason.
"Targeted": The user was placed into the Targeted A/B group and segmentation was applied.
"Control": The user was placed into the Control A/B group and segmentation was not applied.
The origin section contains information about how the user ended up on the site.
Search Terms: If the source was via some sort of search function like Google, Fanplayr may have access to the search terms used. If so, those will be listed here.
Source: This is the specific source of the user's traffic to this site.
Source Type: This is the general source type (search, direct, etc.).
New User?: If "Yes", this session is the first time the user has visited the site.
Converted User?: If "Yes", the user has been attributed to a conversion either in this session or in a previous session.
Email: This is the user's email if it is made available to Fanplayr's system.
Referrer: If exists, this is the URL that referred the user to this site. If the source is "direct", this field may be the site itself.
This next section lists all orders and conversions that occurred during the session in chronological order. Usually, an account has a conversion definition linked to any order received (as in Figure 3), so there will often be a matching conversion for each order. Clicking on the "Details" button next to each order / conversion will show a slide-out sheet with more information about the order / conversion. This sheet is virtually identical to the one you would see on the Account Conversions screen.
This section provides a simplified recency, frequency, and monetary graphic (RFM) and indicates where the current user fits in the RFM graph. The user is assigned a "score" that can be analyzed to better understand the user's behavior in comparison with typical users.
The device statistics section at the bottom of the page provides general data on the average order value and conversion rate over the last 1, 7, 30, and 90 days based on device type. The device type of the current user will be highlighted in red.
