The Mailup integration can be used as a destination, both in Automations and Audiences.
In order to authenticate with your mailup account, Fanplayr 360 requires four pieces of information:
Client ID
Client Secret
Username
Password
The username and password fields are relatively straight-forward and must come from a user that has access to the mailing lists in Mailup.
The Client ID and Client Secret can be found in your Mailup portal in Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Developer Corner -> API Keys. Feel free to create an API key here specifically for Fanplayr 360. Your page should look something like below:
Copy the Client ID and secret and paste into the Fanplayr 360 authentication popup when setting up your Mailup destination.
This capability can be used as a destination action in an Automation. Upon invocation, this capability will add the current user to the specified Mailup list if the user has a valid email address attribute in Fanplayr 360. By default, email is the only attribute sent to Mailup, but you have the option to add other attributes as a set of custom data. The user's email subscription status will be set to "Subscribed".
This capability is functionally identical to the "Add member to a list" capability but can only be used in Audience sync and therefore supports adding more than one user at a time to a list.
