Integration
Prerequisites
The following conditions must be met before onboarding can begin:
Must already be integrated into the general Fanplayr platform
Must have implemented Enhanced User Identification
Must have SMS functionality enabled on account
Integration Process
The typical onboarding process for SMS Messaging is as follows:
Decide Targeted Countries
Each country will be targeted by a Fanplayr domain and will have its own local number.
Approximate Number of Messages
This may require a cost of up to $250 / month for high throughput.
Specify Automatic Responses
These messages will be sent automatically by the SMS service in response to customer messages.
Subscription Request Message (ie: Reply Y to subscribe.)
Re-subscribe Message
Unsubscribe Message
Help Message
Specify Trigger Keywords
These will be used to subscribe, unsubscribe, and help the users. The following keywords are defaults and cannot removed: STOP, START, UNSTOP, HELP.
Subscribe / Re-subscribe (ie: Y)
