Agency accounts have access to one or more client accounts. To enable your account as an Agency account please contact Fanplayr.

Allow an Agency access to your account

If you are a non-agency account you will see a screen that looks like the following.

Your Agency will give you an email address to enter here, and then click "Add Agency". If the email address is for a valid Agency account you will see a new screen letting you know that the Agency has been notified of the request.

Once an Agency account has accepted your request you will see a new screen here that allows you to revoke access. This will revoke access for all users of the Agency.

Approving Merchant accounts

If you have an Agency account you will see a screen that looks like the following:

Here you can accept or decline requests from other accounts for you to be their agent, remove active merchant accounts, and switch to accounts you have access to.

The first user you add from the Agency account will have full Admin access to your account. You can change this access in , as well as add other users from the Agency at any time.
