Attentive integration can be used as a source or destination. These are the capabilities available:
To allow Fanplayr 360 to work with your Attentive account it is necessary to install the Fanplayr 360 App following an OAuth 2.0 flow.
On the installation page, you need to click the Grant Access Token button and authorize the Fanplayr 360 app on the page that opens
You need only to define the API Sign-in method. You can retrieve it by navigating to the Sign-up Units page in your Attentive account. The value is the ID of the API API sign-up method.
With this capability, you can send messages to your subscribers defining all the message details inside the Fanplayr 360 portal. Specifically, these are the parameters you can configure:
Subscription type
Message body
User short link
Message name
Skip fatigue
Note: This API is only available to Attentive customers. It isn't available to Attentive partners.
Before you begin, ensure that you're working with a member from Attentive Client Strategy team or an engineer at Attentive to coordinate sending test messages with this API. Note that messages are sent using the shortcode assigned during the onboarding process.
You can trigger a specific journey configured on your Attentive account. You need only to specify the event type that should be activated.
The type of event is case-sensitive. "Order shipped" and "Order Shipped" would be considered different event types
You can track all the user events related to Attentive activities. Specifically, these are the events tracked:
SMS subscribed
SMS sent
SMS message link clicked
email subscribed
email unsubscribed
email message link clicked
email opened
custom attribute set
