Fanplayr 360 works with the following types of data:

  • Event

  • Identities

  • Consent

Events

Events are used to track anything; an interaction with a website, data coming from a weather station, or product returns to your warehouse.

Each event, as well as tracking a type of event ie "Product Viewed", also tracks properties such as the details of the product viewed ie name, price etc.

Identities

are how you track your users, on a website, or over multiple devices and interactions - even in store if linked to a POS system.

They hold properties such as an individuals name, and email address, as well as how they want to be contacted (Consent).

Identities can also be synced to external services such as .

Consent

is given by a user to be contacted via a specific channel ie email or sms, for a specific purpose (and possibly topic). This allows you to only send messages to users who have given permission for this contact to take place.
