Send email message and track email event

Send In Blue integration can be used as a destination or source. These are the capabilities available:

Authentication

The authentication is via API Key that you can retrieve from your Send In Blue account, in the section SMTP & API inside your profile menu.

Add a member to a list

You need only to define the Send In Blue list where you want to push contact from Fanplayr 360. You can choose the list from a dropdown menu that receives the option directly from Send In Blue.

Send Email

With this capability, you can send email messages using a specific email template built on the Send In Blue account that you can choose from a dropdown menu

Track Email events

You can track all the email events related to Send In Blue activities. First of all, you have to create the related capability. Once saved, the associated write key will be prompted.

After this, you need to go to your Send In Blue account, navigate to Transactional --> Settings --> Webhook and create a new webhook inserting the following URL, substituting the parameter WRITE_KEY with the write key previously received:

These are the events tracked:

  • Email delivered

  • Email opened

  • Email clicked

  • Email soft bounce

  • Email bounce

  • Email invalid

  • Email delayed

  • Email unsubscribed

  • Email blocked

  • Contact added to list

  • Email marked as spam
