Form Responses

Widgets can include form fields including text and dropdowns. This data can be captured by Fanplayr using the "Submit Form Data" action on a button.

Collected data can be viewed and downloaded on this page in the portal. Data may include extra information about the state of the session when data was collected such as the current cart data and widget details.

The list is formatted with the following columns:

• Date: Date in which the form was submitted

• Campaign: Campaign that triggered widget

• Widget: Widget where the data was collected

• Specific Form Data: The rest of the columns will consist of the collected data in the widget. Each unique response key will be its own column in this list.

Clicking "Download" on the top-right corner of the list will initiate a download that will export all form responses corresponding to the current filters as a CSV file. This CSV file will include all data available in the form response, including but not limited to the data in the list.

Clicking on a form response will display all data available in the form response, including more information about the widget and any current cart details available. The "Response Data" section provides all keys set up in the widget form and corresponding values.
