Always prefix the message with the account name. This ensures that the user is aware of who the sender is. Example:

Regarding manual messages, users should be segmented with filters that constrict the total number of "Targeted Subscribers" as much as possible. Sending a large batch of messages could drastically increase the price.
Always schedule messages for earlier in the day. This will ensure better interaction rates as well as ensure that all messages are sent within business hours (required by law in many countries)
