It is important to both keep your data safe, and comply with local regulations such as GDPR. To help you with compliance we bring all the information together about PII data, PII access and data residency together in one screen.
Data brought into Fanplayr 360 may be marked as Personal Identifiable Information, and only specific users can have access to this.
To help you understand this data, and its access we provide:
An overview of what data you have at different PII access levels
How many users have access to PII data
How many times users have requested access to PII data
The "Data Residency" as defined on the Compliance page is the global region where your data is stored and processed. Regulations such as GDPR may define where you will want to store and process your data. The two options offered for Fanplayr 360 are Europe and North America.
Your event data is only stored in Fanplayr 360's system for a period of 1 year from the event's input time. Users, user properties, and user consents are stored indefinitely.
You can only choose the data residency when first setting up Fanplayr 360 and cannot be changed at a later time. Please be careful when selecting where your data will be stored.
