What is the Creative Editor?

Fanplayr's Creative Editor is an interactive tool that allows users to build customized content to be shown only to certain segments of e-Commerce site visitors - effectively ‘one to one personalization’ - without needing a graphic designer or programming. Customized content widgets can be easily designed, with multiple different views, and consistent with the existing look and feel of the site. By combining this functionality with our Segmentation Engine and offer features, the Creative Editor enables:

• Email collection – Customized for different segments & presented at key points in a visitor's journey to maximize sign-ups

• Targeted banners – Embedded directly into your site. E.g. "Free Shipping throughout California"

• Customer retention – Show appropriate content or offers to certain segments of users when they appear likely to abandon their carts

• New Customer Acquisition – Show appropriately customized content and / or offers to users who are identified as potential new customers

• Cart upsell – Motivate customers to increase their cart size, prior to check-out, through offers and customized content

What Are Widgets?

Fanplayr widgets are forms of static and/or dynamic content that are displayed on websites. Widgets are made up of one or more views, which take up space on the page. Content is arranged inside views in the form of text, button, image and other components.
