Salesforce Marketing Cloud

You need two pieces of information from your Marketing Cloud account to integrate into Fanplayr:

• Your Account ID.

• Your List ID.

Accessing Your Account ID

1. Log in to your Marketing Cloud dashboard.

2. Click on your account name (dropdown) on the top-right.

3. This will reveal your account name and Account ID.

   E.g. MID: 7297701. (Copy only the numeric part of the ID into Fanplayr).

Accessing Your List ID

1. Visit the Email Studio section of your Marketing Cloud dashboard.

   Click Email Studio > Email on the top-left of the dashboard.

2. Click on the List tab to load your lists.

3. Click on the list you wish to integrate into Fanplayr.

4. Click on the list Properties tab.

5. Your List ID will be visible on the Properties tab.

   E.g. 18981.

API Access

Information from Fanplayr can be pushed to your Marketing Cloud in two ways. Information can be pushed either as a Subscriber or to a Data Extension.

Either way you will need to log in to your Marketing Cloud account and:

• Set up API Access

• Send us credentials

Which integration you choose will depend on which type of list you are currently using. Setting up a Subscriber or Data Extension list is beyond the scope of this document. A good start to understanding the difference is this answer on the Market Cloud forums.
